Please take a moment to read our appointment cancellation policy.

Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. However, we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary and we kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

A cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service scheduled.

If you 'no show' you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. Any guest who cancels within less than 24 hours or 'no call/no show' to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at the discretion of Salon 822. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services in order to stay on schedule. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your appointment time your appointment may be given to another client. We will call you in advance if a stylist is running late.

Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

  • A credit card number will be required to book any appointment (online, in person, or over the phone).
    Any cash transactions must be exact change.

  • At Salon 822 we highly recommend a consultation prior to your first visit for services such as color correction, balayage, hair painting and specialty services. Consultations are important for all new color clients and especially for customers who have used color at home, waited over a year between salon visits or have decided to change salons. Consultations are complementary for 15 minutes. If you require more time there will be charge to accommodate the time needed. Consultations can be done in person or through Zoom or FaceTime.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible to add a service to your appointment. Additional services take time and though we will try we can’t guarantee the time will be available. We will do our best to accommodate you always.

  • Refund requests are at management’s discretion and issued accordingly. All service adjustments must be performed within one week after the initial appointment or additional charges may apply. Products may be exchanged in person up to one week after purchase.

  • All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.

  • Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients and can be added to credit cards charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, debit cards, cash and personal checks.
